Diaper Bank of Connecticut to deliver period products to over 100 schools

CONNECTICUT (WTNH) — The Diaper Bank of Connecticut is set to deliver period supplies to more than 100 schools throughout the state this month.

Connecticut school districts struggling to pay for menstrual supplies

The Menstrual Equity Law mandates public schools serving students in grades three through 12 provide free period products in restrooms.

The bank plans to add about 100 schools each month through the end of the year.
