The TikTok video has the song, "What is Love (Baby Don't Hurt Me)" by Haddaway for obvious reasons. The video further shows, as he quotes," the world's heaviest dumbbells," a set of beautiful gold dumbbells that are extremely hard to lift.

Mike then steps in and teaches David how to lift the dumbbells. His method might make him the next Marvel villain since he comes in wearing the Thanos hand with all the infinity stones. As soon as he holds the dumbbells in his hand, there is a golden light. Does Mike succeed? Fans have the same question.
